Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions sent through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is offered on the first deposit at dhk77, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. This wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within a set period after the bonus is credited.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled if wagering is not completed.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after wagering is completed.
• dhk77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

dhk77's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhk77 platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false or fake identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to bet or play games.
• Knowingly exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Using funds from illegal sources for transactions.
• Making deposits using a third party's payment method or card.

Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Closure at the User's Request

6.2 Suspension by dhk77

dhk77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
